Heidi was amazing. She was so warm and welcoming. It was my first time at Hyde West but she made it feel like I’d always been a client. Heidi gave input on the haircut I wanted and did a fantastic job. I am so glad to have her cut and style my hair!

Heidi is a stylist with a rare combination of attributes. She is a creative, talented, and innovative stylist who prioritizes keeping up with changing styles and pursues educational opportunities regularly. But she is also an incredibly grounded, responsible, personable, and reliable stylist/business owner which is important for those of us who don't have time to waste on flaky scheduling or inconsistent results. I've seen Heidi for years and she has never led me astray. She is the perfect balance between being trendier than me (so she can help bring me up a notch) without being pretentious or annoying. She's worth every penny and you'll never be disappointed in your results...if you're lucky enough to get a spot in her chair.

Megan was an absolute gem! It was my first time seeing her. I showed her a few pictures of old haircuts of mine and she ran with it and the outcome is perfect! I am beyond pleased with the haircut. Additionally, Megan’s overall friendly demeanor, kindness and professionalism shone through (even from behind the mask). I’ll definitely be seeing her again as well as recommending her.
