Horizon Driver Education is a highly recommended driving school known for its kind, helpful, and patient instructors. The owner and instructors, including Chef, are dedicated to ensuring their students feel safe and confident behind the wheel, particularly in parking and highway driving. They provide clear explanations of rules, helpful advice, and tips for driving. Scheduling is flexible, making it easy for students with full-time jobs to find time for lessons. As a result, students have been able to pass their driving tests easily and quickly after taking lessons with Horizon Driver Education. The school is especially recommended for those with a fear of driving, as the instructors help calm nerves and instill a lifelong confidence in their students.
I can’t recommend Horizon Driving Education enough! As an adult learner, I was extremely nervous about driving and preparing for my road test, but my instructor made such a huge difference in both my driving skills and confidence.
What stood out to me most was how patient, encouraging, and calm my instructor was. They understood that a big part of learning to drive for me was not just passing the test, but also managing my nerves and building confidence.
My instructor patiently worked through things with me, sometimes more than once, while continuing to encourage me. That balance of patience, positivity, and clear feedback was exactly what I needed.
The other reviews on here about Mr. Mohamed being “strict” are a reality, according to my daughter, the teen student.
But that is a good thing. You want your driver education instructor to hold you to higher standards. The best practices he teaches will hopefully be ones she will remember her entire driving life.

Mr. Mohamad is an outstanding instructor. Both of my daughters took driving lessons from him and passed their driving tests on their first attempt. Thank you, sir, for your guidance, patience, and support. I highly recommend Mr. Mohamad to anyone who wants to learn to drive.
