Awesome for you and your beloved four legged. staffLots of love and compassion.
Recently, I called for my dog who was most uncomfortable. The staff said, bring him in we will triage him and help if we can.
I took him right in. The staff came out to notify the room it would be a few extra minutes to care for an emergent issue could they wait? Everyone was ok.
About 15 min later, the staff came out to tell me all was well, talked about the problem and preventative. I was thrilled. How long has it been since you were able to call your vet and get in for an emergency? They usually just say on the phone to call the ER.
Thank you staff and Vets for your knowledge and compassion… read full review
Dr Dickey and his nurse David I believe saved my cat’s life. I was panicking when my 14 year old started to get so sick he was drooling and crying in pain. The hospital was able to get me in within a few hours, the office staff was lovely and they take Care Credit.
Longtime Hillsdale neighborhood residents, first-time visitors to the Hillsdale Veterinary Hospital. Couldn't have been a more positive experience! We were able to get a same-day appointment, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and super-sweet to our dog—who, perhaps most importantly, seemed to have a great time during her visit.
(The included photo obviously isn't at the office location, but these two girls are looking forward to being long-term patients at the clinic!)
