they have the kindest people working here! i called on a whim and asked if they could get me in for a pedicure on a saturday at 5:45 when everyone else was closing up. kim and michelle took great care of me and didn’t mind that i brought my son with. they got him water and interacted with him when he was curious about what they were doing. i can’t recommend them enough!!
Im sad because I feel like the prices have gone up. My pedi today was $80 I just asked for a regular pedi. I didn’t add an extra massage. I did forget my nail kit but I felt blindsided. The prices seem unaffordable now. In the window it says $35 so I would expect maybe $40 with forgetting nail kit. But $80 is way too high. With my face wax and shellac mani it was $168. I can’t afford going here anymore. So sad! 😞
I was about to go in for an eyebrow wax and a pedicure but then I remembered that the last few times I’ve come here, they heavily and aggressively pressure you (asking 3-5 times) for you to pay cash instead of with card. They even suggest you use their ATM and pay an ATM fee, simply because they don’t want to pay their taxes.
I don’t carry cash and don’t plan to pay extra, or waste extra time going to the ATM, so your business can avoid taxes. You either accept card or you don’t, and you can’t say you do but then argue with your customers for 5 minutes about paying with cash every single time they come in.
