Our experience was great with Heroic from the start of scheduling, Molly worked with us to get a date and time that worked best for our schedules down to the cleaners being friendly and getting our carpets looking great! Overall we were very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done.
I had a very positive experience using Heroic Carpet Cleaning. My dog ate an entire batch of dough and was quite sick all over the carpet the following day. From the first intake call to the confirmation text, communication was professional, friendly and prompt. Jacob did a super job getting our hand knotted oriental rug looking as good as new and was very patient and calm even when my above mentioned dog barked repeatedly at him. I hope to not need carpet cleaning for a while but would definitely use heroic again.

As he explained the best approach to my cushion cleaning, he assured me he felt confident he could clean and sanitize with special cleaners and patience. Yes, he certainly did.
