Have been in twice now for harley past month and have communicated by text and email. Everyone from front desk to Dr. Getty have been super friendly and easy to deal with. Front desk staff reply to questions quickly and have been helpful. Dr. Getty is very nice, explains things really well, is really gentle and has been good with my senior dog. Really glad I decided to go with this clinic for new vet care.
the staff is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and understanding. they took great care of my boy, and their actions made it clear that they really care for their patients. that is very important to me!
they were also very cost conscious and gave me options to work with my budget, which i really appreciated.
they were able to figure out what was wrong with my pet and come up with a plan to remedy the issue on our first visit, while i had been back and forth between pricey vet appointments at a different animal hospital prior who couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my pet. we will be back in the future next time zuey needs a check up. :)
Heartfelt was a wonderful find after we had a few emergency vet visits and a disappointing first provider for our FIV+ covid rescue cat. Heartfelt helped us get our cat’s bladder cystitis managed and were very easy to get last-minute appointments and prescriptions with. All of the doctors and administrators have been wonderful to work with, and we’d still be with them if we hadn’t moved. Thank you for the great care!
