Dr. G quickly addressed what my primary health illnesses and then began on chronic issues that no one has ever been able to address, migraine headaches. I am pretty much migraine free, with a very few residual symptoms. I feel extremely fortunate to have found her and functional medicine at this point in my life.

I received an incredibly restorative and calming manual therapy session with Licensed Manual and Massage Therapist, Essie Day Olou at Heart of Tabor clinic. Essie’s experience, scope of knowledge, and intuitive awareness are second to none. I began receiving bodywork from her about 5 years ago, and I have been a consistent client since. I highly recommend this skilled practitioner!

Great place with lots of different wellness practitioners. I got a massage here at With Spirit Wellness with Essie. She was amazing as always and really helped to work out my knots and tension. I have very tight myofascia and chronic upper thoracic pain and tightness from stress, computer use, and posture and have gone to lots of other massage therapists but most just provide temporary relief. Essie really helps to loosen my fascia in a sustainable way that doesn't end up with me being sore and in pain the next day.
