I've been coming here for over 15 years, and Connie is truly one of the best colorists around. I've tried a few other professionals in the area, but she's the only one who consistently gets my blonde just right—no easy feat, since my hair tends to pull red. Connie’s expertise and experience are unmatched. She not only delivers beautiful, consistent results, but she genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to explain the process and educate you on how your choices might affect the outcome, ensuring you feel confident and informed every step of the way. Anna, I was in the salon when you came in requesting to use the restroom, the sign posted states no public restroom, more often than not there is no public restrooms in businesses.I was laying in the shampoo area and listened to this interaction. The salon associate explained politely the no public restroom policy. To write an inaccurate review against any business is unacceptable. There are businesses in that area do have public restrooms availability. I personally am offended by this review as I am a longtime customer of this business and have always received professional and courteous customer service as well as all the existing customers...read full review
I started coming because they had a cute little dog on their website, but I keep going because they are fast and give the best haircuts in Tigard! 10 out of 10 recommend💇🏻♀️🥰
