Fatemah did an amazing job for me on my 4 refi's. She was able to get me the best pricing the overall service and experience was definitely 5 stars! I closed on all 4 within 2 weeks of each other. I have bought and refinanced many times in my life, but this was the best experience, She made me feel very special, always got back to me in a timely manner and really helped me maximize my money. Her team was also wonderful, they are worked so well with each other which made the process smooth. If you haven't bought or refinanced before, smooth is not how it usually goes; they really have a good system down. Fatemeh was amazing throughout our first time home buying experience. We contacted her last year and she worked with us from then until we closed on our home last month. She is simply the sweetest and she works so hard. When I first contacted her, I really didn't think we'd be able to get a home, but she is a miracle worker. She helped us come up with a plan and when we were ready, she pretty much held our hands and encouraged us through out the process. She never once gave up on us. We could text//call/email her and she always replied quickly, and never left us hanging. She made us feel like she truly cared about us and always gave us personal insight that was honestly very comforting. She recommend a Emily Corning and Jenny Underhill to us as Realtors and we can't thank her enough for doing that either because they are also a dream to work with. We cannot recommend Fatemeh enough!
