I have worked for Gateway Communications for eight and a half years and I can honestly say that I have never worked for a better company. I am proud of the work I have done because I know that the fundraising we do is changing lives, creating opportunities, and making this world a better place for all. The management team is supportive and constantly do everything in their power to set up callers for success. My advice for would be employees is if you show up, follow directions, accept coaching, work hard and have a positive attitude, there is no way to fail in this job. am so grateful for Gateway, Mark, Bob, Meesha, Adam and Lynn have been so amazing. I have had a lot of personal things come up and they all have been so compassionate and understanding. This is not just a job but a family and a second home. I absolutely love what I do and who I work with, this is hands down the best company I have ever worked for.
