I came in for a cover-up on an old tattoo, and Victoria did an incredible job of accommodating the weird position, designing me something beautiful, and being phenomenally talented. The shop itself is more than clean and friendly- it’s a comforting, relaxing, and bubbly environment. I definitely recommend for the gorgeous styles and stunning results made even better by a wonderful atmosphere !
Tephra was willing to work with my budget and deliver an awesome tattoo despite my weird idea and lack of familiarity with the tattoo location. I highly recommend this collective of tattoo artists! They're all wonderful!
Our tattoo artist was Victoria. She was very professional, friendly, and had great attention to detail. My wife and I got a matching tattoo with a design that was very meaningful to us. It was my first tattoo, and it was a much lower level of pain than I expected. If I ever want a second tattoo, she is my choice, and I recommend her to everyone here in the Portland area.
