Our family is a big fan of Family Roots. I worked with Nancy during both of my pregnancies, a car accident, and now I go for regular maintenance of my neck and back. Nancy is an amazing support for pregnant and postpartum Mamas. She is small but mighty with her ability to access and adjust. The practice is kid-friendly and they have toys if you need to bring the kiddos too. Oh and they have online booking and Saturday appointments.
