My experience with Eyes on Broadway exceeded all of my expectations. The entire staff at Eyes on Broadway is so friendly and easy to work with. It's so refreshing to walk into a place that prioritizes your well being as well as your eye care. I can't recommend Eyes on Broadway highly enough. They go above and beyond to ensure that all of my eye care needs are met and then some.

I made the mistake of waiting too long to schedule my appointment and didn’t realize they were a ways out. I needed an interim pair of contacts and despite the first pair not working because they were a new kind (old ones not in production anymore), they quickly found an alternate and squared me away until my visit. Mind you, I was a bit nervous, as with coke bottle lenses, I don’t function well with my glasses. But, they came through and I didn’t have to resort to my glasses. My visit was great and very educational and Dr. Thomas was her usual engaging self. I always have a great experience with Dr. Thomas and EOB!
