I never thought I'd write a review like this, but Dr. Lee genuinely changed things for me.
For 6 years I've been seen by eye doctor after eye doctor — none of them had answers. Some didn't even seem curious. I had almost given up on ever knowing what was wrong.
Then I saw Dr. Lee. In one appointment, he examined both of my eyes carefully, explained what he found in plain language, and gave me a treatment plan with real options. For the first time, I left an eye appointment with hope.
He is everything you want in a doctor — thorough, knowledgeable, and someone who actually listens. I am so grateful.
Dr Riedel (as well as his technician) are very kind professionals and did great with my 7 year olds first eye exam. They were patient, relatable and made the experience comfortable for us. I’d had a hard day and struggled a bit to find our way to their office but the staff showed a lot of empathy, which was very encouraging. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The appointment was for my 10 year old and they were all so wonderful with her. She felt comfortable and they answered all her questions about her vision and astigmatism perfectly so she could understand. It was really a great experience for her first exam.
*we did initially have some trouble with scheduling but it wasn’t their fault. I was scheduling online so they had to reschedule when I selected a location that didn’t accept our insurance, and once more when I selected a slot for a provider that was leaving. Once I scheduled over the phone it went smoothly.
