I love Emily at Evolve! I can’t recommend her enough. I was at a point postpartum where I was having trouble walking without shooting nerve pain. She has helped me so much when I was feeling pretty discouraged with lower back, hip, and sciatica pain. Not only has she healed my pain in my time with her but I have been able to miraculously run and do kickboxing again. So grateful for Emily and bonus points because time flies by when I get treated by her because I feel like I’m getting treatment and catching up with a friend.

I came to Evolve for TMJ pain that I’ve struggled with for decades. I’ve always known I clench and grind at night, but recently noticed I was doing it during the day too. I was referred by my dentist and honestly didn’t expect physical therapy to make much difference, but after just a few sessions, I’m already feeling real improvement. I feel less sore in the morning, less sore while eating, and have fewer headaches during the day.
