I used to buy A LOT from this company since I started my biz in 2014. Just went today to get some butters after a yr since I'm bringing back my all natural collection and OMG... What happened????? Prices are by the roof, they are charging double and even triple the competition, almost nothing in stock and, if in stock, it has an approximate delivery time of over a month?? Also, they are no longer carrying all the nice selection of butters and oils as before. A peptide that cost less than $30 in lotioncrafter per oz, they have it at $65 oz, and on sale?!?!? what a ripoff.

I have used this business for 6 years and the quality of products and the customer service has gone drastically down hill. I never had a problem with them until recently. Must be new owners who don't know how to run a business.
They won't return my emails. There's an ingredient that I heavily rely upon. I thought it was discontinued because it is no longer under the ingredient category it should be. But a search on the site produces it, and it's sold out. It's been sold out for a very long time now. I can't get an answer on when it will be back in stock.
They used to be so much better at their handling of the website and communication. I really hope that I don't have to start ordering their ingredients directly from a manufacturer, I try to support local businesses, but this is ridiculous. If something is out of stock, and won't be available for a while, either say so on the site or communicate...read full review
