Adam and Ian were very customer focused, friendly, professional and communicative. They replaced a glass mirror which had to be disassembled from it's curved wooden frame, glass was cut and shaped to fit and reassembled. Went in today at the recommendation of a locksmith shop while I was trying to track down a roller latch for a push bar exit device. While they didn't have the exact replacement, they had one that ended up working just fine, and they just gave it to me "in case it doesn't fit right." Both employees I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming here the next time I need door hardware or glass cut.
