The customer service is outstanding. Edwins follow through tremendous. I had an emergency situation and Edwin came when he said he would and handled it. He is courteous and professional. Rats are my biggest fear. Edwin took care of it for me. I would not call anyone else. He also cleans common areas for me of apartment buildings. Since he has started, I have not received one complaint from any of the tenants. The places have never looked better.
