“I returned to CPR about a week later and had a great experience. I had a broken cover over one of the lenses on my iPhone. I had tried to fix it myself, but with very poor results. CPR cell phone repair did a great job fixing my camera glass and photos are better and clearer and they’ve been in years.——————— Original 1 star Review ——————No call, no show?I’ve been sitting outside of this business for 15 minutes, waiting for them to open. It is now 10 minutes after their scheduled opening and the business is dark with all of their gates shut and barred. Since 10am, I have seen FedEx and a couple of other people walk up to the door try to get in and turn away. I’m hoping this is the result of an irresponsible employee as opposed to a standard business practice. Hopefully, you guys follow up with me so I can come and get my phone fixed otherwise, 1 star for you. It is Oct 16th. The time is 10:12am.“

Roman replaced battery and alerted me to some other potential issue but was very open with me about why it was needed, how long I could go before it might become major, and sent pictures to help me understand it as a layman. Sincerely appreciate this guy. He’s straight up and even gave me a discount.I checked around for prices elsewhere and he’s not only less expensive but very thorough. Highly recommend!“
