Great experience. I went to open my side door and the knob came off in my hand. I called EPL and they made time for me the next day. They fixed the knob and lock and installed a deadbolt too. Fast, easy, helpful and affordable. My employer also uses them for all of our needs at work, and have done so for years. Thank you!
I locked myself out of my home. The guy that came out was amazing. He tried many options from least intrusive to most intrusive. It took him 45 minutes because the lock had an uncommon key type. But he was able to get me in.
