I've been attending this new location for Diva Den for over a year now and am thrilled by the changes my health and fitness have made since regularly taking classes. The classes offered have a wide variety and the instructors are knowledgeable, have amazing choreography, fun energizing music are all inclusive and kind. The members are welcoming and intentional at building community. This is the place to go for any body, any skill/level and the cost for membership is so affordable for what you get. The Diva Den is located at Shawn Gardner Dance studio and I can't speak more highly about it! Wide variety of classes, phenomenal instructors, and beautiful venue. The community you will find here helps makes it stand out above all other fitness venues. It truly is an inclusive environment. The Diva Den community has brought so much joy to my life. The Diva Den is located at Shawn Gardner Dance studio and I can't speak more highly about it! The classes are SO MUCH fun and with a wide variety from easier to more complex dance fitness (with or without booty shaking), strengthening, toning, stretching, step, pilates, barre and more. You'll get a great workout! The studio is beautiful and the instructors are phenomenal! But it's the community you will find here that makes it stand out above all other fitness venues.
