Terrible experience. Danielle didn’t provide directions to her salon (again), didn’t reply when I texted from my car trying to find it, and made me wait another 10 minutes after I finally arrived.

When I calmly mentioned that it might help to send directions in the future, she gave me immediate attitude—cold, standoffish, and dripping with passive-aggression. Let’s just say the vibe was hostile and unwelcoming before she even picked up the scissors.

The $160 haircut was rushed and uneven. When I asked for the back to be shorter, she clearly didn’t care—she just hacked it and moved on because her next client was waiting.
