I have been going to Cozy Nails since they opened. This past year the quality of service and dedication to their customers has declined. I have gone in and waited for up to 30 minutes when i had an appointment and today I had a scheduled appointment only to be told the owner called and said she isn’t coming in today. I was not called. I left work early to have my nails and toes done. They had nobody else to do them and told me to come back tomorrow. I am trying to decide if I plan to ever go back.Service: Nail extensions

My 84 year old mom and I made way to Cozy nails, based on a referral from a friend.We were definitely impressed. The environment is very clean, and the overall vibe is super calming. We’ll definitely be back. Our pedicures turned out wonderful.Thank you!

I only get my nails done once a year on Halloween and I went in to get them done and I'm a big girl but they were laughing at me because I'm a big girl and when they went to do my thumbnails they laughed because they had to grab toe tips and then when she was shaping my nail she cut it too short when I had already told her I wanted the almond cut and then she proceeded to tell me that she was shaking my nails a certain way so that my hands would look normal because I'm a big girl.
