Karlee was highly recommended but I was still very nervous. I've had some BAD experiences and haven't trusted a professional for years 🙃 Needless to say - she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and really listened to my concerns. She was honest and open with suggestions while making sure I was comfortable with every cut ✂️
She suggested I get comfortable with her work before committing to color or anything extreme. I honestly can't say enough great things about her! Thank you Karlee for being patient and not making me feel rushed, pressured, or insane. Lol I am actually excited about my next appointment when we will tackle color.

I have come to sing the pauses of Justine! I have lots of curly hair and it’s always nerve-wracking to find a new stylist. My previous stylist moved away a year ago and I haven’t been back to a salon since. After lots of research online for a hairstylist that dry cuts I settled on Justine and I’m so glad I did.Justine is very well versed in curly hair from cutting to care. She took the time to ask questions about my hair and hair history, offered great suggesting for care and what products to use. I have been seeing Justine Poteraj for years! I was just talking to friends about how nice it is to trust your stylist and enjoy seeing them too! Justine understands the level of styling I want to do (very little) and cuts my thick, wavy hair in a way that dries and grows out well. Coterie is a sweet little spot with friendly staff.
