We had Columbia Pest Control treat our home for ants early this year. They came out and not only treated the outside foundation, but also went under the house and treated in our crawl space, which was probably not a really pleasant experience. They were very thorough and made sure we knew if we had any issues or the ants came back, to call them so they could return and re-treat. Working with independent small businesses such as Columbia gives you an entirely different experience than the large companies; they are more personable, and their reputation is built on their customer service and word of mouth, so I believe they work harder to make sure they provide a good service.
