    Rene Jr and Sr(father and son co owners) just dropped off my rug and it looks incredible. It's clean and vibrant, of course, but the service went about and beyond. First of all, Rene and his father are warm and friendly. They took the time to place the rug exactly where I wanted it, as well as moving furniture before and after. I feel like they really care about what they do, and do it well. They also told me the story of how they came to acquire Coit Portland and it was truly an American dream.     The quality of work ethics provided by this company are top notch. The work is very detailed and precise. I wanted some restoration on my stone counter. They did not have the proper tools at the time of my appointment. They went ahead and clean the carpets and tile. I paid in full. I really thought well, that is it. But several months later I was contacted to say they can come back out to finish their job. AMAZING!!!!!!

    After reading excellent reviews of Coit's in-home carpet cleaning service, I called. The estimator showed up on time, measured and discussed what I wanted done, and gave me a written estimate. Appointment was set for yesterday, Oct. 5, for between Noon and 2 PM. Promptly at Noon, a very nice young man appeared, introduced himself, showed me his ID, and got to work. I have never seen anyone work any harder, more carefully, more considerately nor more efficiently. The price was exactly as the estimate indicated, and when I handed the worker a $20 tip, I thought he'd weep. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.
