best chiropractic! "magic hands" I have a ways to go due to my severe neck issues but I have gotten off my Gabapentin and Everytime I go to get adjusted he does something different and I feel better. Dr Helton is in tune with the body and I am very comfortable and impressed with his work. I recommend his chiropractic expertise to my friends because I care. he cares and gives his best to his patients. just in the short time I've been going to his office I have felt confident knowing that when I walk in with a headache I will walk out without one as long as I tell him my aches and pains.
