Carol did an amazing job using her knowledge of the body and unique techniques to provide a very soothing and relaxing massage. She’s open to answering questions and explaining what she’s doing. One hour was not enough, highly satisfied!

Carol is very knowledgeable about the body and she used her knowledge to combat my problem areas in multiple ways. I like how she used multiple massage techniques and explained everything when I asked. I felt better after going to Carol.

Carol specializes in relaxation and therapeutic massage including techniques such as swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, manual stretching, therapeutic exercise, cupping and tool assisted myofascial release. Through her work as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she has advanced training in working with all stages of pregnancy, chronic pain, pelvic health, rehab from injury, and trauma informed care. Every body welcome, honored, and appreciated.
