Horrible customer service. I sat down to get my eyebrows threaded and was immediately asked to get up out of the chair. A white woman had came back after she changed her mind and decided she did want to get her eyebrows threaded. I was told to come back in 10 minutes, but I felt so disrespected. There is no way I will return there again. They could have asked her to wait after she was done with me, but instead expected me to get up and come back.

Waste of money!! Terrible Customer Service and very poor threading job!! They leave the Kiosk and return on their own time. Had to wait 15 minutes for the lady to return. The lady did not wash or sanitize her hands before threading my eyebrows, and kept touching my face. Very insanitary! She claimed she sanitized her hands after her last client, and refused to sanitize again. Health code violation. She did a very poor job and left hair everywhere. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND going there and I will not return!!

The lady made me wait because she had a client. Told me I was next and so I waited. I was literally next to the place and she went ahead a took another lady before me. I walked up right when she had sat her and asked her why she was making me wait when it was my turn next and all she could do was say "Oh sorry". This isn't a service I can't do on my own but for the first time in years, I wanted to experience getting my brows done. Not planning on coming by again nor do I recommend this place to anyone either.
