Dr. Debra Shannon is the best doctor I've ever had. She has helped me so much. I was with Kaiser for 30 years and never received the level of care I have with Dr. Shannon. She leaves no stone unturned. She addresses every concern. I appreciate her so much.
I have a lot of health issues, but Lizzy truly listens to each of my concerns, and tries to get to the bottom of each one. She is a wealth of knowledge. I never want, or need, sympathy, but she tries to relate and put herself in your position, and, unfortunately, that’s extremely rare. She goes above, and beyond, to try and help you. If you want a provider that is extremely knowledgeable, and with whom you’ll feel safe, and heard, Lizzy is who you want for all of your healthcare needs and concerns! I love the doctors here. They are really good and thorough. Their portal is the absolute worst. It never works. Plus when I do get on it and write a letter I never get a response. The doctors are great but portal sucks. Hopefully they will get a new one that works consistently.
