I have been going to Nicki since this past May, 2023…after having tried many other holistic health practitioners for results of a very old leg/knee injuries with little results.I am so happy to have discovered Nicki and my results are fantastic.No surgery necessary…She is intuitive, sweet natured and results driven. Nicki is truly the best of the best. I tried massage, yoga, chiropractic and acupuncture for my lower back pain and felt minimal relief after months (and sometimes years!) Within TWO sessions with Nicki (I'm still blown away by this) my pain had reduced by 80%. And hasn't come back to where it was at all. Under her guidance, I am strengthening and believe I will be able to eliminate this pain completely. Her deep knowledge and caring disposition is incredible. Thank you, Nicki!

After five visits and following PT recommendations and exercises with Nicki at Body Mechanix, I'm seeing improvement in my neck-and-shoulder impingement.
