They said that PGE would need to coordinate with our arborist directly. I asked if a permit had been filed at our address for a tree removal, and it hadn't. We called a couple times. We emailed again. Still nothing. We were blown off. I get that. But a simple "I'm not able to take the job at this time" is probably better than ghosting a potential customer. Best!

Jason is such an awesome guy! Explained the whole process of tree removal from start to finish, provided a very reasonable bid, was timely in communication and his service and went the extra mile to help me with additional clean-up after the work was completed. Can't recommend his service highly enough and am very pleased with my finish product too!
