This was my first time getting a Henna tattoo. Melanie was so nice and professional. She made it very easy and communicated well. Pine trees are not really part of the henna culture, but she made it work for me. My brother passed away and pine trees bring me so much peace and healing. She took this photo. I’m extremely happy with it and I cannot wait to see how the color will react to my skin as the days goes on. Thank you again for such a lovely time and experience.

Melanie is an expert at her craft. She even made a beautiful movie about henna in India! And is making another about henna in Morocco. She is phenomenal actually. I do healing work and whenever I’m going through a rite of passage I love receiving a ceremonial session with Melanie. It marks a time in my life. Those few weeks I see the images imprinted on my body remind me of the portal of healing I’m going through. Whether a portal of empowerment like the snake and peony piece she did on my back, or an embodiment of self love she did on my heart chakra it always beautiful and impactful. I love my body more with each piece I recieve. Deep deep bows to Melanie.
