This is my third time to visit this dry cleaners even though I saw some bad reviews about losing button or having sewing markers. Finally this issue was happened to me, originally I have to pick up on this Tuesday, but I picked my 5 sweaters and 1 slack on this Friday, and I didn’t check my clothes in the store. Today when I packed my sweaters I found a sewing on one of my sweaters, I was so sad this is happened to me, and I don’t think I would visit this cleaners again. And also I didn’t check others, now I have to unfold all sweaters and check all carefully.

I lost all 4 buttons on my sweater while dry cleaning here. Everyone avoids responsibility because they don't know, and they just put it off to each other. I have never received a service like this anywhere else. It's a frustrating place that I never want to go to again. DO NOT GO!!!!!

Please Catrick, come back! New people aren't very friendly, especially the man ... the lady is friendly. Twice the cleaning I brought in he refused because of the fabric. Today I went in with drapery panels to have pressed pleats put in and they don't have the equipment. Nobody is in the back, probably send out to clean & press dress shirts only. So dark from the street you don't know they're even open. Their closing times very, and were closed 2 weeks over the holidays. A plus ... Hershey Nugget bowl!
