I recently visited this store and, unfortunately, most of the staff did not come across as kind or welcoming. However, Heidi, with the red and blonde hair, was the complete opposite. She was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She treated me with genuine respect and made me feel comfortable in the store.

While Heidi was helping me, another employee interrupted her to ask her to take out the garbage. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrupted our interaction. Kelsey was absolutely amazing! From the moment she came over, she was friendly, warm, and clearly happy to help. She asked great questions and really listened to both me and my friend—our different skin types, concerns, and what we were hoping for in our final looks. Her recommendations were thoughtful and spot-on, and she made us feel so comfortable and confident. We left feeling beautiful and so glad that it was Kelsey who helped us today.
