I had my first visit to Balm PDX today and it was a really good experience! Ruby was the utmost professional and I I’ve already booked with her again for another lash lift/tint! I’ve never had one before and I love it and Ruby explained what she was doing and me feel extremely comfortable. I will also be booking with Ruby again for another signature facial before the holidays!
