My family & I have been patients for at least 7 years and gone to Dr. Thompson at Banks, North Plains, and Bethany locations. He is wonderful! My husband had sensitive teeth, thought he needed a root canal or something and Dr Thompson recommended a special toothpaste that did the trick. My daughter got her teeth knocked out at a soccer game and he came in at 1030pm at night on a Thursday to help her, and when he realized the extent of what needed to be done, he called up a colleague that same night so that my daughter could get helped first thing the next morning. Drs Thompson and Seeger have been our family dentist for 28 years. Hubby and son have BIG gag reflex. Staff worked hard at strategies to keep them comfy and allow hygienist to do their job! Dr. Seeger replaced a crown for me. Hubby referred on to specialist for gum transplant. Highly recommend Erin and Renee our family’s hygienist!
Dentists make me nervous esp injections, I can’t handle that pain even when they topically numb you, I still feel that pinching pain. I had two cavities filled and I did not feel the injections at all! And I also had all 4 of my wisdom teeth here and it went smoothly, and both dentists were nice and explained everything thoroughly before the procedures. I brought both my toddlers in for their first visit and the staff were so nice; they explained everything and every tool to my kids and did not force anything and were very gentle with them and used play to explain what they were doing.
