Dean had installed a automated gate at my facility and it worked well initially. Once the gate did fail and have and issue I contacted him for repair. He was out on vacation for over a month so I tried to use a vendor who he referred and the guy never even showed up after booking an appointment. Once I did speak to Dean again he committed to coming and fixing the gate after his vacation but never showed. I called him and left voicemails and text messages several times while he ignored me. Had my supervisor call him with a different phone number and he called right back so he was clearly dodging me. Dean did a great job! Replaced our sad, drooping fence, with a brand new fence with metal poles (highly recommend the metal poles for living in the PNW). Very reasonable quote and took about a week. Would recommend!

We recently had a fence installed by this company and they did a great job! They scheduled us quickly and put in a clean-looking fence that is going to last years, thanks to the steel posts that were recommended. Our neighbor on the opposite side also loves the way it looks and is scheduling more work with Alpha for her own yard.
