Aikido has taught me so much about dealing with the world around me. In addition, I feel that it is critically important, at a minimum, for people to know how to fall without hurting themselves, especially as they age.

Genuinely good people there! I've never met nor competent folks in Martial arts Instruction. Couldn't ask for more relatable human beings I've only just begun Classes there and I'm looking forward Learning and accomplishing more under their to Caring Instruction.
