The staff is superior in service, and kindness. The Dentists and Assistants, all work with gentleness, and precision of care. There is little doubt in my mind that they honestly care deeply about each patient, and their overall oral-health, which in turn affects the overall health of everyone. Thank you for providing extraordinarily remarkable service. I would recommend Advantage Dental/ Gateway, to everyone, for their Oral-health needs. I never ever dread going to see the dentist here. I love the dentist and staff here, they’re very non judgmental and friendly and not aggressive with you/your teeth. They’re very gentle. The only issue I have is they never answer the phone, that’s one reason it took me so long to get an appointment is they’d never answer their phones to the point I almost went in to make the appointment after weeks of trying to call. And it’s difficult if you’ve lost the card with your next appointment times and need to know the appointment date and times and can’t ever get ahold of anyone but other than that the staff themselves are actually really wonderful.
