Great local company with excellent customer service — they cleaned our air ducts and stair runner. Nice crew and promptly helped us with another issue that came up on the fly. They have earned my trust and repeat business.
Customer service is top notch. I wasn't able to actually book with them due to their business hours not working with our tight timeline (needed a Saturday appointment). Nonetheless, they helped point me to other carpet cleaners in the area and gave me advice on what types of carpet cleaning I should look for. Very impressed by this customer service - above and beyond.
