Tom is top tier. I had an issue with my PC that I just couldn't understand. Tom made time in his schedule the same day to come and see me. Not only did Tom easily and thoroughly explain the problems it could be he also informed me of routes to take to fix them. It's nice to have someone like Tom who puts people first! Thank you Tom!

He hasn't fixed my pc yet but I do want to say that he was incredibly nice over the phone and has a great work ethic. We had an amazing conversation over the phone over business ethic and morals. He was more then willing to take a look at my PC for free to see what the issue is. Now in a few days he wants to drive to my home to help me with my PC. Instead of some big office charging me $45 to $145+ just for diagnostics.Just talking with him I am so pleased and have hope that this will get fixed on a budget.I don't foresee any issues going forward with him. I'm cancelling all the other appointments I set with others to go with Tom instead.

I had a very positive experience with Tom. He was efficient and communicative in getting my laptop repaired. I had a simple repair that he was able to get in and out on the same day. If I have questions or need repairs in the future I will contact Tom.
