I frequent the Pearl location and Tracey in particular goes above an beyond when it comes to knowing my provider and scheduling preferences, as well as my insurance info. She makes me feel instantly comfortable when I walk through the door, and always follows up with me via text or phone if she’s busy when I’m leaving.Also, give Jena a try for therapy; she’s amazing!! 2BWell is my favorite place of care. Tracey at the front desk is always nice, sweet, and informative. She helps me get everything I need done in a timely manner and is always very professional. She even lets me know when there's a cancellation so I can get seen sooner if needed! Which is extremely helpful! Dr. Huffman is also amazing! She's my primary care provider, and you can tell she truly cares for her patients. She's extremely knowledgeable and goes for a natural medicine approach which I love. I CANNOT give enough praise to Dr. Huffman and Dr. Crupper. Tracey and Emerson at the desk are wonderful people as well.. This team has helped me come full circle with my health as well as my gender journey. You are a person first then a patient.It's taken over a year to get myself back on track and it wouldn't have happened without these lovely humans.
