I have been working with this Business for about 4yrs, and they have been very accommodating, patient, and informative. Adam Angel is got to be one of the greatest people I've ever met, his lvl of patience is to be awarded with the highest acknowledgement and praise/ 1st place award. If you really want to sale home make sure you models are well put together and not just slapped together they look cheap. Makes you think after the are built then they are driven down the road what kind of shape will they be in then.

I will be updating this at intervals. The staff speaks highly of the new GM. Always a good sign. My sales person has come in his day off to help. He is knowledgeable with colors and upgrades and design, helping me to work within my budget. But he also remains neutral enough that I don't feel he is overbearing. He is honest. The GM is also doing great work. He has been engaged in our particular issues with the county, and let me change my mind even after cashing the earnest money check. I expect to see many more positive reviews coming along here in the near future for Palm harbor as the GM gets more time to create better change.
