His assessment and pricing of our foundation issues confirmed those feelings right away.

The work was excellent and his keen eye to detail identified a few other smaller issues that he just went ahead and took care of within the proposal price.

He and his crew mobilized and completed the work with efficiency. He communicated updates regularly. Connor was excellent as were the supporting crew.
The end product spoke for itself and the crew did an excellent job with site clean up.

Anthony’s professional approach to construction services no longer seems to be common practice in this current day and age - but it is refreshing that contractors like this are still out there doing their thing.

“Simply fantastic! They got me an estimate fast which was fair priced. Showed up on time when we scheduled and got the whole job done in 1 day. The gutter color we chose turned out amazing, they offer a huge selection of colors. After the installation and first rain I found 1 small leak area which will happen when you install new gutters. I let them know and they came out the next day and sealed it up. We opted for the leaf guard and they have been working amazingly. I no longer have water pouring out of my gutters. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. You can trust them to get the job done right. And if there are any leaks after that happens let them know and they will come seal it up.“

“Kenny (owner) recently installed Govee permanent lights on my 2nd-story ADU, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was prompt in his communication, did exactly what he said he would, and completed the job quickly and perfectly. He paid extra attention to details - such as how the light will look/land in the peak of the roofline, the side lights (which I use as security lights at night), and perfect spacing to get all the lights JUST RIGHT! Your rep will sit down and go over every detail of the build, so know what you want, they cannot not change once everything has been agreed on. I met most of the contractors that worked on my home were very friendly. I worked with Johanna Siebert who was my representative and she stayed on budget and was the best experience I ever had. If you’re in Southern Oregon you definitely need to request Johanna Siebert. She will stream line everything for you and will save you a lot of stress. Kevin Doren was the superintendent for my home, nothing gets by him, he will arrange the contractors and go over every detail of the job if it’s not right he will have them come and fix it. It can be as small as a scratch, he makes sure it gets done to the highest standard.
You will enjoy Gary who does the blue prints and when it goes through the County you will get approved in weeks not months. I spoke to the person at the County, and they were impressed. The entire team is organized and
systematic. They finished my home in 6 months, actually 5 months, they will have you look at everything make sure everything is right so that can take another few weeks with a warranty on top of that. Other builders you may wait 8 month to a year to get into your home. I am so grateful I got Adair Homes to build my home. My experience was beyond what I could ever imagine. I made sure I had the money in the bank and paid when the next stage was due. They gotta get paid to pay the contractors that’s all you need to worry about. Everything else will be nice and smooth. Do not hesitate to call this company you will not regret it, I highly recommend this company, I didn’t get toasters or anything to give this review, they earned it.“
