“Rick gave a very reasonable estimate and time line on a bathroom remodel. As Justin started the demolition, problems became apparent from the previous owner/do-it-yourself idiot. The tub/shower stall needed a complete reframe. The glue used on the linoleum torn out the sub floor. Even the wiring needed extra care because the wires were the same color.We were burned by a contractor before, so , I saw our estimate climb out of control. Rick sent us the final bill via email. When my wife and I opened the email, expected the worst. But, we were extremely surprised because the final was VERY reasonable. Justin was always on time and is extremely professional. We will use Rick Bradshaw's company again.”
