They were able to come out quickly and fix our issue. The technician, Aaron, was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. An all around excellent experience. 5E will be my go to for all pump and well needs.
I was in a pickle-- no water. checked all the obvious things-came down to the pump and wiring. 5E responded quickly and the technician came out on time. He is a wonderful young man with a kind heart. He got all the work done as quickly as he could and rechecked to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend this company for their good work and ethics.
Our well pump went out at about 7:45PM one evening. I contacted 5E about 8AM the next morning and by noon they had replaced our well pump, our filter, and UV bulb. I was impressed with how fast the took care of us, and their prices are competitive and fair. But the best part of the whole process was how well they communicated throughout the repair.
