They are responsible, care about customers, and are good at communicating and doing what the homeowner wants and needs. Employees are very polite and fair with their charges. McLaughlin's has been wonderful to work with on my sprinkler system that was put in by another company. I've been using even another company for my sprinkler start ups and blowouts. McLaughlin's found that two drip stations weren't even hooked up and working. One was designed for future use if needed but not working. The other appears they just forgot to hook it up. Yet, I've been getting charged by the previous company each year for those two non-working stations. If I have a problem, they are extremely responsive and quick to get here to fix it. The sprinkler guys are knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend McLaughlin Landscaping.
