Was very hopeful they would take a trumpet that's been left neglected for years in storage, an find it a new home possibly to give it a chance to have its glory back again. Though I was unable to succeed in selling it today I was very impressed an appreciative with the honest evaluation an knowledgeable staff providing me with key maintenance an damage I was foolishly unaware of till now. I've never played any instruments or trumpet players so as far as I knew it was in great shape for as old as it is. Everywhere else didn't even mention what maintenance needed to be done for it to be play worthy again an its potential resale value exceeded my expectations.... read full review

I play the flute but was interested in learning saxophone. Steve helped me pick an instrument, gave me tips on fingerings and forming my embouchure, and let me play around in the practice room before purchasing. It was exactly what I needed to begin playing and I am extremely thankful.
