The person cutting my hair was great. The problem is management. I like a #6 on top and a #0 on the sides a basic haircut. I can no longer get a #0 unless I want to pay an additional $8 but if I get a #1 on the sides no extra charge. So I will be going somewhere else going forward...

I am leaving this review because of how my brother was treated during what should have been a simple haircut.
He prefers minimal interaction and values personal space while receiving a service. That should never be an issue. Instead of respecting that, the barber became visibly irritated that he wasn’t responding to her questions and escalated the situation unnecessarily.
She told us to leave and called her manager, portraying the situation in a misleading way. At no point was there a problem until she chose to take personal offense to a quiet client.
No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable for simply wanting a professional, quiet service. A barber’s role is to provide a haircut — not demand engagement or react emotionally when someone prefers silence.
The lack of professionalism and respect was extremely disappointing.

After getting my beard trimmed by Lana I can’t go with anyone else. It comes out perfect every time

I went to this barbers location on 01/24. I had code for a free haircut, lana( person supposed to cut my hair) treated me like a liar and like I was gonna run off. First I walked in my my friend( who had a 6:40 appointment )and told them I had an appointment for 7:00pm they sat somebody else when I was supposed to be next. When it was my turn ( had to remind them) They insisted I showed them before proceeding with the cut they then took my phone to check something without asking me which I told them to give me my phone, they didn't listen to me. I eventually got up and walked out had to grab my phone from them first. I felt discriminated, humiliated, and felt like was treated like a suspect. I was given a code by the location that closed down in sellwood. I enjoyed coming to the barbers but after this incident I don't think this is gonna be a suitable option to go to

Want to start with all the great previous experiences I've had here. But, today I booked a beard trim online for 10$(10 min). When I showed up they told me it would be 15$. It was a basic trim that wouldn't have taken anywhere near ten minutes. I told them I've been coming for years and it's always been the price listed when booking. They tried to tell me that's only if you get a haircut. I'm bald and haven't gotten a haircut for years. No one's ever mentioned that in the past, plus it doesn't mention anything like that when booking.
